In order the students to graduate the Programme and receive their Master in Business Administration, they must accomplish their Master Thesis. This Thesis is a complete essay on a particular subject on Strategic Management, Financial Management or Marketing (approximately 12,000 – 15,000 words), assigned to 30 credit units.

Master Thesis will give the students the opportunity to deeply investigate a topic of their own preference and develop their research, analytical and writing skills. They will also be able to assess themselves in the application of theoretical principles on actual corporate issues.

At the beginning of each semester, all academic tutors of the Programme present their research interests and at its end students deliver their research proposal regarding the topic of the Thesis. At this point they are assigned to a supervisor for its proper accomplishment, who is an academic tutor of the Programme.

During the third semester (full-time) or fifth and sixth (part-time), students must work on their Thesis by retrieving bibliographic resources, designing the Thesis’ structure, planning relevant questionnaires if necessary etc.

Every Master Thesis should contain a theoretical and a practical part, which should be well balanced between them in aspects of their framework and actual content.
